Giving priority to the dining room on the balcony, the layout of the center of the social area is designed as an island, with a partition for meal preparation, space to sit at the counter, and also to accommodate the back of the living room sofa.

Spanning 139,354 square meters, “350 Park Avenue” will be the office space for Citadel Securities, committing to at least 78,967 square meters of the overall space. The original building, located in an area in transformation within Barcelona’s 22@ District, was in a state of despair due to insufficient maintenance. Nevertheless, it presented a series of elements that offered glimpses of the building’s great potential.
