Interior design plan for the Blue Bottle Coffee Fukuoka Tenjin Cafe, which marks its first branch in the Kyushu region. The planned location is a distinct one in the Tenjin area of Fukuoka city, situated within the precincts of the Kego Shrine. Located in Leiria, the São Romão Radical Park, with an area of approximately 2,265m2, was one of the forgotten places in the city of Leiria, only used by children and, occasionally, BMX riders. Opened in 2006, the park had obsolete equipment, wear and tear and damage caused by intense use and the natural aging of its building materials.
It was about designing a welcoming space for the families of patients, a meeting point between family members, center professionals, and patients themselves. It had to be a friendly, familial space, very domestic in terms of dimensions, with emphasis on materials, colors, light, both natural and artificial, and above all, easily related to the building and existing spaces.
CHOU-NO-HANE is a meditation pavilion nestled in the greenery of Jacques Wirtz's ambitious landscape project for a private residence on Lake Leman, in Gland. The name comes from an ancient Japanese word meaning butterfly wings.
This Brick Kiln is located in a corner of the former Beijing Brick and Tile Factory, Xisanqi Street, Beijing. Set above the Sunset Cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Point Loma Nazarene University’s campus is governed by the overriding security of Christ’s love. The university desired a new chapel to replace the existing one, anchor their campus entrance to the north, and provide a serene space for spiritual reflection and connection.
