President Duterte has blamed the “yellow forces” for failing early on to take legal steps to stop the burial of President Ferdinand Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani. “Yellow forces” is a reference to the Aquino family and their allies, who are the political rivals of the Marcoses.
