MANILA, August 12 -– Thirteen areas have declared no classes on Saturday due to the heavy and continuous rains brought by the southwest monsoon.   The public information offices that announced class suspensions are: Caloocan City, Malabon City, Manila City, Marikina City, Navotas City, Quezon City, Taguig City, and Valenzuela City.   Other areas that declared no classes are: Subic, Olongapo, Bataan and the municipalities of Taytay and Cainta in Rizal.
