Bell, currently batting second in the lineup, is batting .455 (45-for-99) during his streak. He's had 13 multi-hit games and hit 12 homers during that stretch, including eight games in a row from July 17 to July 29 with the All-Star break mixed in.
"I think a lot of times it's luck with being in the top of the order," Bell said. "There are a couple of games where I've been 0-for-4 and guys start getting going late in the game and I get that last at-bat in. So that's been pretty big a couple of days. I'm just going to try to keep hitting the ball hard and if I happen to line out four times tomorrow, so be it."
