The Raiders agreed to terms with backup quarterback Christian Ponder on a one-year deal on Friday, league sources said. He is reunited with offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave, who was with Ponder in Minnesota from 2011-13. Ponder, 27, was the Vikings’ first-round draft pick in 2011, and was 14-21-1 as a starter.
