The NFL draft is a bastion of hope for optimistic fans, and Thursday night’s first round of the 2024 iteration was no different. Well, as we here at For The Win graded every single selection and every meaningful trade, we realized that sentiment only applied to some fan bases and organizations, unfortunately. You win some, and you definitely lose some.
From a momentous day for the NFL’s charter franchise to one of the league’s other perennial laughingstocks somehow messing up an extremely basic pick, there’s a lot to unpack from a first round that had its fair share of twists and turns. (Falcons fans, in advance, I apologize.)
