A third maze, this one makes Mourning's End Part II seem simple. I won't detail it. In the end is the workplace of the mind general. Take a papyrus, pen, ink bottle out of RS gold his or her desk. Search his cabinet for the plans. Teleport into Llyeta and give the plans to Ariannwyn.
Ok, now you have to prevent Lord Iorworth and King Lathas in the exact same time. Ariannwyn is going to have every single one of the guys involved, including you. The first portion of Iorworth's plan is to have the mourners burn down the forest of Isafdar so that they can find the rebel elf base. The enchantments around Llyeta make that impossible, but if the forest is burned, hundreds of elves residing inside, and of course that the Tyras troops, may perish.
At the exact same time, Iorworth's forces will invade Ardougne. With King Lathas secretly working with them, the shield Ardougne puts up will probably be feeble at best. Ariannwyn hopes to counter it by teleporting the highly trained Tyras forces to East Ardougne, but a person might need to bargain with King Lathas. Your job is to fulfill the mourners in the bridge just south of the front gates into the elven funding and try to stop them from burning down the forest. You'll have several Rebel Elves assisting you, but it's going to be dangerous.
The flame the mourners will use could be obstructed with protect in magic, but it may also be blocked by an antidragon shield or sterile armor. Proceed to the bridge and talk to the rebel elf. The level 111s use melee like those at the West Ardougne base, the torcher uses a fire attack which strikes hard if you don't use an antidragon shield, elemental armor, or keep from magic.
Defeat them and you will be told you will find far more in the forest. Go to the Tyras Catapult Guard and you will see the Tyras camp being assaulted by torch mourners. Kill all of them. You will see a cutscene with Eluned telling General Hinning that she has to teleport his guys to cheap OSRS gold Ardougne to fight Iorworth's invasion. Iswylyn informs you to go to Ardougne yourself, and allow him to manage the mourners.
