Cooking time: 1 hr, plus 10 mins resting

Sat fat: 4g
1 Place the gammon in a saucepan and pour in the pineapple juice – if the gammon isn’t covered, then either use a smaller saucepan or top it up with water. Bring to the boil, then lightly simmer for 30-40 minutes.
2 Remove the gammon from the pan and transfer to a sheet of foil, so it’s “standing up”. If there’s a layer of skin on top, remove it and most of the fat beneath, using a sharp knife and leaving a thin fat layer. Score the remaining fat in a criss-cross fashion. Skip this if your gammon looks “naked” already.
3 In a small bowl, mix together the honey, mustard, cinnamon and 2tbsp pineapple juice from the saucepan. Brush it all over the top and the sides of the gammon, then loosely close the foil around it.
4 Heat or preheat the air fryer to 170°C. Air fry the gammon for 15 minutes, then open the foil and brush with more of the glaze. Air fry for a further 5 minutes until golden, sticky and slightly blackened at the edges.
5 Rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with roast potatoes, carrots and swede mash, or air-fried veggies of your choice.

1 Add the potatoes, carrots and pepper to a large bowl, followed by the garlic-infused oil, salt and pepper. Stir well until everything is coated.
2 Heat or preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Add the veggies in an even layer and air fry for 15 minutes, turning them over halfway through.
3 Turn all the veg over once more, then add the sausages on top and air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning everything over halfway through, or until the sausages are nicely browned on both sides.
4 Mix the honey and mustard in a small dish. Drizzle over the top of everything and turn it all over until well-coated. Air fry for a further 2-3 minutes, then sprinkle with chives and serve.

1 Heat or preheat the air fryer to 200°C (crisping tray or basket removed). Add the yellow pepper and oil to the air fryer, then shake or stir until the pepper is coated. Air fry for 10 minutes until the pepper is soft.
2 Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a pan of boiling salted water, according to the packet instructions, until al dente, then drain.
3 Add the tomatoes and whole block of feta to the air fryer and shake or stir well once more until the tomatoes are coated in the oil. Air fry for 20 minutes, turning the tomatoes over halfway through, then add the salt, pepper and basil. Stir well until it forms a thick, creamy sauce.
4 Add the pasta and stir it in until coated in sauce. Air fry for 2-3 minutes until the sauce has reduced a little. Sprinkle with some extra basil and serve with garlic bread.
