ICELAND fans have been crying tears of chocolatey joy after discovering a forgotten sweet treat in stores at a bargain price.
Chocolate extraordinaires Nestle have started to sell one of the most scrumptious puddings on the market – and they cost just 42p per pot.
The lovely throwback snack has been cleverly made by transforming the traditional Yorkie bar beloved across the nation into a gooey pot of melted chocolate.
Shoppers have been left delighted by the new Yorkie Milk Chocolate Desserts and have been rushing to their nearest Iceland store to find them stacked up on the shelves.
Iceland listed the item along with the following tempting statement: “Enjoy a creamy, smooth and indulgent milk chocolate crème dessert, an indulgent treat for lunchtime, snacking or in the evening.”
Coming in at just 92 calories per 65g pot the desserts are not only extremely tasty but also a great pick me up treat.
But what makes them so divine is the very attractive price.
Iceland are the masters of making irresistible deals as the pot of four snacks usually cost a fair priced £2.50.
But, savvy shoppers can get them for as little as £1.67 – or 42 per pot – if they grab two other items in the iconic three for £5 promotion.
Or better still, you could add 12 of the dessert pots to your trolley all for a fiver.
The three for £5 isn’t just about puddings however as you can even get pizzas, frozen goodies, cooked meats and even seasoning as part of the deal.
The milk chocolate desserts were quickly spotted in the fridge aisle and shared all over social media.
One happy potential customer said: “Yes yes yessss.”

A third made it clear to their pal that their local Iceland would soon be empty of the chocolate treat as they said: “Need these bad boys.”

Another reason to head down to Iceland is because they have announced classic drink back Um Bongo is back on shelves years after it was discontinued in 2003.
Those who want to get their hands on a bottle of it can pick up a litre for just £1 and really see if it still tastes as good as it used to.
The discount retailer is also now loading up the frozen section with Fruit-tella lollies.
Customers can look forward to a mouth-watering burst of tangy lemon and sweet raspberry combined.
It comes as just last month Brits were thrilled to see another nostalgic treat had made a comeback.
The 90s pizza flavoured Cheesestrings, first launched in 1996, had reappeared in shops after being discontinued in 2008.
The treat is available to buy now and can be snapped up in Sainsbury’s or Morrisons.
