ANNA Bey is known today for being an elegance coach who specialises in all things posh and luxurious, but that wasn’t always they case.
The Swedish-Russian personality was once reality TV participant, and at one point even a nightclub dancer, but that lifestyle couldn’t be more different than the way she lives today.
Anna credits the transformation to creating a vision board, and manifesting her dream life from scratch.
She recently took to her YouTube channel where she usually shares tips and tricks for women to “level up their life” with a video explaining how she totally turned her life around.
“I used to have absolutely nothing, only anxiety about feeling like a failure and that everyone was so much more ahead of me,” she said.
That’s when she cut out some pictures from magazines and created her vision board.
She showed off the very vision board she made almost 10 years ago, with everything from her dream holiday destinations, to the designer clothes she wanted to own.
Anna also pinned certain phrases to the board, like ‘perfect hair‘, first class’, ‘rising star’.
Notably, she stuck a snap of woman in a wedding gown on there too, underneath a picture of a handsome stranger in a bid to help her meet her dream guy.
That, she explained, was the main goal of the board, to meet and marry her soulmate.
Amazingly, her now husband looks a lot like the snap of the man she put on her vision board all those years ago.
Anna went on to give a few examples of the ways her vision board manifested itself in her real life.
In the video, she pointed to some of the designer gear on the board, then pulled out a few of the Chanel bags she now owns to prove her point.
Anna isn’t the only person who has used a vision board to create their dream life, Oprah has previously explained how she uses vision boards, and model Ashley Graham revealed she put Vogue and Sports Illustrated covers on hers before she ever worked with them.
The elegance coach said she swears by the law of attraction to bring good things into her life, even though it might seems a bit crazy to some people.
At one point, Anna even took on a 30 day manifestation challenge to give her life the boost she wanted – at the end of it she landed her dream man.
“I attracted my husband in just 30 days by using law of attraction, and guess why I was able to do it? Because I really believed it was possible,” she said.
Anna explained the steps she took every day to manifest her husband, and it all starts with visualisation, she said.
That’s where creating a vision board creating comes into play, Anna said.
Next, Anna said the next step is to “feel gratitude” for what you already have, before creating affirmations for yourself to say every day.
After sharing her own experience other vision board users and manifestation fans chimed in, and many had the same success.
One commented: “I made a vision board when I was a teen, years after, things came true. My husband in detail, living in Italy, the house the family. Dreams come true.”
Another said: “The vision board part is so true. I used to make these vision boards where I would put things on like Chanel bags and different fancy stuff and now it’s so funny because I made my vision boards completely different.
“Now I just put like a happy family, the beach, I put affirmations up from my faith. Just things that aren’t materialism anymore and I’ve noticed a huge change in how I work and feel and act.”
