In the video, he said that he’d asked his neighbors whose car it was so he could have them move it, though no one knew anything.
“No one in the apartment is claiming this is their car,” he had a voiceover read.
“This is my spot.”
Before retreating into his apartment, he filmed the sign over the parking lot stating that any vehicle parked in the lot that didn’t belong to a tenant was subject to towing at all times.
“Tenant Parking 24/7,” the sign read.
“Unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed and towed at the vehicle owner’s expense and risk.”
From the window of his apartment, he filmed the Mustang being carried away from the back of a tow truck.
The most popular comment on the video was from the tow truck driver, who stumbled across the post.
“That was me towing it away!” he wrote, earning 276 likes.
Another apartment renter mentioned that they’re no stranger to calling a tow truck on those who take her spot.
“Did this for two different cars that parked in my spot,” they wrote.
“No regrets.”
An additional viewer wrote that they’re excited to see justice finally served.
“Finally get to see someone’s car being towed,” their comment read.
