A SAVVY shopper on a thrift store treasure hunt struck gold with her designer steals.
Her eagle eyes paid off – literally – as she saved thousands of dollars on the trip.
“When you find your dream heels at the bins at 8 am,” said Gabrielle Yasmin (@myfavethriftedfinds).
Her budget buys could be found at the very bottom of the bin surrounded by other apparel and accessories.
Looking all the way down was certainly giving her a spirited lift.
The first find of her frugal fantasies was a pair of green and red trimmed low-heeled slides.
Stamped on the sole was the logo of the Italian brand Miu Miu.
And her luck didn’t run out there.
She placed the shoes into her cart before picking up another pair of the brand’s sandals in a red and white checkered print with a cream-colored bow that was also at the bottom of the bin.
Gabrielle showed off the bottom of the size 7.5 heel that featured a Made in Italy stamp.
“They are so pretty they took my breath away,” she said.
It seemed she had really been blessed by the unusual bin find.
“As someone who has worked at Goodwill we don’t sell luxury brands to Goodwill, those go to the Goodwill boutiques,” said one follower.
“I found them at the bins though, I’m not sure how they ended up there?” she replied.
Her other fans were also left floored by the finds.
“Miu Miu at the bins is wild,” said one follower.
“With that luck I hope you got a lottery ticket!” said another viewer.
“The thrift gods came through,” she replied.
Other similar styles by the brand do not usually go for thrift store prices, such as Miu Miu black satin slides that retail for $1,370.
The imported sandals all feature a leather sole.
