LOVE Island fans claim they’ve worked out the real reason behind Anton Danyluk and Josh Ritchie’s bust-up tonight.
The newest episode of the ITV2 reality show will see Josh storm off after Anton and Georgia Harrison hold a meeting to address some claims about them.
Josh doesn’t take kindly to Anton’s words[/caption]Anton and Georgia were livid last night after the villa played a game called Couple of Sorts, in which their fellow islanders predicted the public had voted them ‘the most boring’ and ‘the most unlikely to last’.
Georgia addresses the group, saying: “We just wanted to have an open chat.
“Obviously we are, what we would assume to be, all close mates here but I’d like to think that everyone who has a negative or strong opinion on our relationship, instead of just saying it behind our back, they’d say it to our face.”
Anton then weighs in: “Apparently there is a lot of the Villa that feel a certain way about our relationship, which is news to us.”
Josh, who was vocal in his criticism of the couple last night, hits back: “I feel like a lot of the people in the villa do think that…”
And soon things get escalated as Josh rages: “Everybody’s had something to say. If you pull me around the firepit to try and out me like this…I am not gonna sit here and be made to look like a d**k…”
After seeing Josh storm off in the first look clip, Love Island viewers said they felt “embarrassed” for Anton for starting the row.
And they claim to have worked out the motivation behind Anton calling the meeting – and it wasn’t just to defend his relationship.
In fact fans think he was trying to emulate Scott van-der-Sluis from last summer’s series.
One viewer wrote on X/ twitter: “Anton want his Scott moment so bad. Georgia don’t even like him.”
A second agreed: “Anton and Georgia are so embarrassing cba.”
A third offered: “Bringing them all to the fire pit is embarrassing.”
A fourth chipped in: “Georgia H and Anton need to GET OVER themselves now , holding a group meeting like this just shows there not secure in there relationship”
The infamous scene with Scott began when he announced to the villa: “Everyone, can you all come round the firepit. Me and Catherine were sat in the den and I can hear everyone saying my name multiple times.
“If anyone’s got an issue with anything that’s going on, just air it out now in front of everyone.”
Accusations then flew around, with the girls debating who had been talking about Catherine’s relationship.
It culminated in Whitney Adebayo storming off, shouting: “By the way you lot if you got something to say pull me up privately.”
