EASTENDERS has revealed a secret murder – and a shock crossover with The Bill.
In tonight’s episode of the BBC soap, George Knight discovered the truth about his adopted father Edward’s sick plan for him.

But in a shock twist that wasn’t the only thing they discovered.
As George looked into his dad’s court case, there was an intriguing detail that points to a crossover with the classic police drama.
Searching online for news about his dad’s trial, George went to the local paper’s website’s report on it.
The report on the page reads: “Mr Edward Knight, 83, of the Jasmine Allen Estate, was charged with murder along with as yet unnamed associates.”
The Jasmine Allen Estate featured heavily in the ITV show, that was axed in 2010 after 27 years.
It was a crime-infested council estate that had countless murders, drug deals and crimes committed on it.
And now it appears that it exists in the same world as EastEnders.
One fan said: “A reference to The Bill in the news article about Eddie’s crime – the Knights live on the Jasmine Allen Estate!”
A second said: “Nice little retro reference to The Bill hidden on tonight’s @bbceastenders .. #EastEnders #TheBill #JasmineAllenEstate”
Another added: “Where did that random little ‘the bill’ Easter egg come from in tonight’s episode, Edward Knight lives in the Jasmine Allen estate #EastEnders”
