The remaining girls stripped off to their lingerie and gave lap dances to all the boys.
Dressed to impress, as one by one they made their way to strut their stuff in a range costumes from sexy cowgirls to playboy bunnies.
Meanwhile, the boys all donned various outfits such as American footballers, cowboys, spacemen and sexy devils.
It came as no surprise to viewers that both Molly and Callum caused each other’s pulses to race.
While some fans accused producers of rigging the challenge for that result, others had a different theory.
They’re convinced they’ve cracked why the former lover’s heart rates skyrocketed.
Writing on social media, they said they were most likely raised because the pair broke up so recently and the nerves alone of having your ex dance on you would increase it.
One fan said: “Their heart rates were most likely raised because they broke up so recently.”
A second wrote: “He still obviously loves her because his face sed it all when he was on the terrace watching on when Tom was all over Molly in the challenge.”
“And even if the whole thing was fixed ,we don’t care. Give us Molly and Callum,” said a third.
While a fourth commented: “That smile at the end between molly & callum speaks volumes.”
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
