A HOME decor enthusiast has shared a life-changing pillow that works well for people who suffer from neck or back pain.
She admitted that she previously tried a popular $50 one from Amazon to cure her aches and pains, but the $20 budget buy was better.
Wife Megan (@ahousetohomey) shows how to create a “homey house” online.
She veered from her normal content of room transformations and DIYs to share a helpful home hack.
In a TikTok video, she shared a pillow that she called her “favorite find of the year” in the caption.
“If you’ve never found a pillow that you love, then this video is you,” she said.
She explained that she has been on the hunt for a “life-changing pillow” because she has constantly woken up with neck and back pain for three or four months.
Megan also developed headaches from the uncomfortable, neck pain.
She added that she and her husband have tried “every single pillow” but couldn’t find the right one, until now.
The DIY fan even said that she bought the Beckham Hotel Collection Bed Pillows Standard, $59.99, that went viral online for its supposed ability to cure neck pain to no avail.
Thankfully, a Target-brand foam pillow was the solution.
She gushed about the Threshold Firm Shapeable Memory Foam Bed Pillow, which is $15 for a Standard Size and $20 for a King Size.
“Dare I say, this pillow is for everybody. I’m a side sleeper and a back sleeper, and I always wake up on my stomach. And honestly, I like it for all of these sleeping positions.
To be sure if they liked it, Megan and her husband waited a few days to form an opinion.
“I gave myself three nights to give it a chance before deciding. Also, don’t stack it on top of a 2nd pillow. Use it alone,” she wrote in a comment.
Not only is it double-lined, but the inside is full of “chopped-up, little memory foam bits.”
“Basically, you can form it how you want, which is nice. It’s pretty firm, but you can take more of that out if you want it to be softer,” she advised.
If you want it firmer, you can also order more foam pieces on Amazon.
Viewers rushed to the comments to ask questions about it and offered feedback.
“This was also my mom’s favorite pillow before she passed,” one shared.
“I read all the comments to see if you’ve answered but didn’t see anyone ask….. I get so HOT at night, does this make you warm or hold in the heat?? I have to have something that doesn’t make me hot,” another asked.
“I don’t run hot at night, but my husband does & he’s switched to this pillow too & loves it. It does not have a cooling effect that I know of though!” Megan replied.
“Ahhhhh I have a pillow like this! It’s LIFE CHANGING! I used to wake up with a sore neck every day and haven’t had a single neck issue since I bought this pillow!”
