AIR travel is already stressful enough but one flyer says she was given no explanation as to why her seat on the plane was moved.
Traveler Kiran Kapoor, 28, says she was repeatedly ignored by flight attendants when her seat was moved away from her fiancee.

The clip shows her sitting in the plane before she raises her phone high to show her fiancee sitting in the row behind her.
The text over the video reads: “My man and I bought seats together but a mom asked the flight attendant to switch our seats so she could be closer to her kid.
“So the flight attendant switched us without asking so now we’re sitting apart because they refused to speak to us when we asked what happened.”
The video has now amassed 820,000 views with Kapoor also posting a follow-up clip clarifying what happened.
Kapoor says she approached attendants multiple times when she arrived on the plane and her seat was taken.
However, the New York paralegal says she was repeatedly ignored by attendants without revealing which airline they worked for.
“I tried. They walked away and ignored me. Im also brown so if I make a scene im not making it home.
“How can I refuse when they are in my seat before I get on the plane. I asked every flight attendant I saw what happened and they ignored me or just walked away.”
She says one parent was already sitting with the children, but the other parent “wanted” to be sitting with them.
“Unpopular opinion: if you want to be seated together you should buy seats together.
Kapoor’s point of view dividers commenters, some who said it was right for the family to be sitting together.
“The issue is with nobody asking me,” she says.
“People need to plan ahead so it doesn’t affect others. I’m sorry they all did this to you,” said one supporter.
“If couples + friends can manage to buy seats next to each other, why is it so hard for parents to grasp??? like dont even risk it stop buying the tix,” said another supporter.
But others were more sympathetic to the parents.
“I got separated from my 15 month old when my flight got cancelled and rebooked. Sometimes it’s not the parent’s fault,” said one person disagreeing.
“Dept of transportation fines the airlines if a child is not close or sitting by parent. Take it up w/ the US gov not the f/a,” said another.
According to the US Department of Transport website, a parent who buys tickets “should receive a guarantee from the airline that it will seat the parent and child together… or having to ask other passengers to give up their seat.”
American Airlines, Alaska, Frontier and JetBlue have all agreed to sit families together.
The video comes as another flyer has revealed she took a Swedish airline that had seats facing each other.
Megan Homme simply asked “WHY” after she got aboard a plane in Sweden to discover the unique seat set up, with sections of four chairs, two facing backwards and two forwards.
