A FOODIE has revealed how she makes 21 meals with under £20 worth of Asda buys.
Mimi Harrison often uses her social media account to share her tips and tricks on how to “beat the budget” – which is also her online name.

She then rewound back to her shopping trip at Asda, where she filled her trolley with everything she would need.
She placed coriander, basil, tomatoes, a lime and a lemon, three white onions alongside two heads of broccoli into the basket.
Mimi then added baby spinach, bacon, minced chicken, meatballs, creme fraiche, cheese and sauces, dry pasta and garlic.
Scanning each item at the checkout till, she revealed the total came up to £19.89.
Back at home, she started her weekly meal prep by cutting up some chicken into cubes.
She then chopped an onion and tomatoes before getting a huge red bowl out of a cupboard and putting ingredients in together.
It included sweetcorn, a squeezed lime, herbs, bacon and cheese.
For her second dish, she placed a whole packet of minced chicken into a pot and cooked pasta in another.
She then sauteed onions and bacon in a pan, which she added flour to in order to thicken the sauce.
Mimi then mixed the meat, sauce, pasta and spinach together before filling five whole lunch boxes to the brim.
Her final dish started by adding a chopped onion and tomato paste into a pan alongside sun dried tomatoes and spices.
She then added meatballs and stock before steaming broccoli on top of it.
The foodie then air fried broccoli stalks before adding all of them into four lunch boxes and pouring the meatballs and sauce on top of each.
In the caption TikTok user @beatthebudget wrote: “Total spend- £19.89.
“LOVE these recipes from my meal plan (week 3 in the budget club). So easy to prep & 2/3 of the recipes are freezable, so I can rotate the meals in my freezer to prevent boredom. Hope you love them”.
