A FOOD expert has shared the pizza bowl recipe she swore by during her weight loss journey.
The TikToker demonstrated how to make the high-protein low-calorie dish for her followers.
In her video, Alli (@lowcaloriealli), revealed that she lost 111 pounds naturally.
She talked her audience through how to make her go-to lunch, a cottage cheese pizza bowl.
“If you struggle to find low-cal meals with high protein that are super fast, this is a great option,” she explained.
For her first step, Alli told viewers to add a cup of cottage cheese to a bowl.
She then measured out half a cup of roasted garlic and herb Prego sauce, which amounted to 70 calories.
Alli also chopped up a large tomato as she explained: “I’m trying to eat a lot of veggies this week.”
She continued: “[I’m adding] one serving of turkey pepperoni that I have just chopped up with some scissors.
“I’m going to add a few jalapenos, one whole green onion, and one serving of this fat-free feta.
“This is the President brand, one serving is only 35 calories and six whole grams of protein.”
For her next step, Alli chopped up a handful of fresh spinach and added it to the bowl.
“My black truffle garlic, if you don’t have the seasoning just use garlic powder,” she told viewers.
Alli also used red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning in the pizza bowl.
After mixing her ingredients, she added the bowl to her microwave for one to two minutes.
For anyone who isn’t a fan of cottage cheese, Alli recommended blending it before adding it to the recipe.
“I’m telling you guys this is absolutely amazing,” she concluded, showing the 385-calorie meal.
