BORDER Force officials spent £38,962 in taxpayers’ cash at a Domino’s branch buying pizza for small boat migrants, figures show.
Staff used government credit cards to pay for the grub over just five months last year.

On one occasion last July, the Home Office’s Clandestine Operational Response Team bought 200 in one go.
Staff at the fast-food joint say they were “rushed off their feet” each time a wave of migrants arrived.
The total spent would buy 3,900 of the chain’s £9.99 medium pizzas, such as a Veggie Supreme or Texas BBQ.

Orders halted last December when a catering firm took over.
Alp Mehmet, chairman of MigrationWatch UK, said: “The fact that the Border Force is having to resort to fast-food takeaways is symptomatic of the large numbers arriving.
“What it points to is the need to stem the flow of dinghy-migrants.”
The Home Office said: “The asylum system is broken and is costing the taxpayer an eye-watering amount.
“Our New Plan for Immigration will fix this by breaking the business model of criminal gangs to prevent dangerous, unnecessary crossings.”
