After launching a black, white and pink version for women, Debs announced on Thursday that she would be bringing out a new style.
A navy version with the slogan in white is now for sale for both genders.
Debs, who is receiving palliative care for her disease, wrote on Instagram: “You asked! We have delivered!

“Limited edition Navy regular fit “unisex” Reblious hope -tshirts. This is a small run so be quick!
“These T-shirts are still £15 of which at least £7.05 will go towards the @bowelbabefund.”
Mum-of-two Dame Debs said the addition to her clothesline is to “celebrate nearly hitting the £1 million raised!”
But she shared another sweet inspiration behind the move – “her rock” and husband, Sebastien Bowen.
She wrote: “This is all to celebrate nearly hitting the £1 million raised! And because my hubby said “Deborah i really want a navy and white version for blokes!”
Debs and her London banker husband Seb have been married for 13 years and share two children; Hugo, 14 and Eloise, 12.
Taking to Instagram to commemorate their anniversary in September 2021, Deborah shared a heartwarming video of them dancing together in the South of France.
She wrote: “13 Years of marriage. My Rock.
“Sebastien – Thank you for holding my hand in the darkness and dancing me back into the light. I love you. Always.”
Debs posted photos of her and her family in her parent’s sunny garden wearing the new T-shirts.
The Sun writer posed with her brother, Benjamin, and dad, Alistair.
With a heartwarming photo of her father, Debs wrote: “I may be knackered toda from ascot yesterday, but dad is there to hold me up – He’s wearing the Large (same as my bro) and I’m in medium which is oversized bu perfect for today.”
Deborah has been living at her parents’ home in Woking, Surrey, since the start of May, when she tragically revealed she would no longer be getting treatment for her illness.
She has surprised herself by continuing to outlive the survival odds given by doctors.
Debs didn’t expect to live much more than a week after she left hospital, but is still “alive and kicking”, she joked this week.
But she admitted she is “living in limbo” in a “stressful and uncertain place”.
