The reality star took to her Instagram Stories on Saturday night to offer words of encouragement to her followers.
The TV personality lay relaxing on her bed with no makeup on while cuddling her tiny 7-week-old baby, Michelina Rose.
Victoria addressed the camera: “I just wanted to give a shout out to all of the new moms out there, old moms out there, pregnant women, people who are planning to get pregnant.
“I have such a big appreciation for all of you just from experiencing being a new mom, it’s only been seven weeks, but some days are a struggle and today is one of those days where you just cry.”
She continued: “Because your emotions and hormones are taking over. It’s also extremely normal yet scary cause your thoughts and emotions and everything takes over and you feel helpless sometimes.
“You’re doing the best you can and you feel like you’re not doing the best you can, but yet you have this amazing human being, and amazing family and friends and everybody helping you.
“And sometimes even all of that doesn’t even help.”
Victoria added: “But they do say it gets better, it gets easier, and I’m just sticking to that motto.
“So this is for anybody out there that can relate to this, you guys got this.”
She concluded: “You’re strong, we are strong, and just know if you’re feeling this type of way, it’s always good to talk to somebody and know that you’re not alone.”
Victoria welcomed her baby girl with her husband, Michael Mastrandrea, on February 22, just before midnight.
The proud mom recently showed off her post-baby body in a new video just one month after giving birth.
In a clip shared on Instagram, Victoria stunned in a pair of jeans and a white button-up.
Victoria showed off her outfit and tousled her hair a bit before deciding she wanted to add another item to her ensemble, a colorful, $395 “Proud” Denim Jacket from WREN + GLORY.
She wrote in the caption: “Fit check. Loving my @wrenandglory jacket.”
Many gushed over how great the new mom is looking, with fellow reality star Brielle Biermann commenting: “So cute!”
Meanwhile, one fan wrote: “Girl are you sure you just had a baby??!! You’re Gorgeous.”
Another said: “You look really good, motherhood looks like it suits you.”
Victoria and her husband Michael announced that they were expecting their first child back in August.
Last month, the new mom went live on Instagram the day after she gave birth to share the news of her baby’s arrival.
She gave fans their first look at the newborn, as well as some more details about the experience.
The baby was born at 11:47 pm on Tuesday, 2/22/22, and weighed in at 7lbs 13oz.
Victoria added that she’s already getting to know her little one, saying: “She likes being swaddled, but she likes her arms out.”

She also shared that she thinks her daughter “looks exactly like Michael, to a T” and that she doesn’t see any “resemblance” of herself in her daughter at all.
A few days later, Victoria revealed her newborn’s adorable name to be Michelina Rose and shared sweet new photos of her baby girl.
