SPRING cleaning your bedroom might look a little different than the rest of your home.

Placing your bed here forces it to become the main focal point in the bedroom, and they said it will help you use your bedroom strictly for sleeping.

The linens you use to keep us warm in the winter should not be the same you use in the warmer months.
The experts advised switching out your heavy duvet for lighter bed linens to help regulate your body temperature as you sleep, reducing the chance of waking up with night sweats.
To regulate airflow in the room, the experts suggested buying a snake plant to improve your quality of sleep.
The snake plants convert carbon dioxide and add moisture to the air, which the experts said lessens the impact of airborne allergens like dust.
The sleep experts explained that lighting plays a huge factor in regulating our body’s internal clock.
To ensure it stays dark when you need to be sleeping, they suggested using blackout curtains to block the sun from shining in your bedroom, especially as the sun starts to rise a bit earlier.
To add bright pops of spring color into your bedroom, the experts said to display brightly colored books on your bedside table.
They suggested using blue, green, and pink books, as these colors all have the power to promote calmness, peace, and comfort before bed.
Of course, it wouldn’t be spring without some flowers.

To bring the outdoors in, the experts said to buy flowers, which are usually at their cheapest this time of year, to incorporate a pop of fresh spring into your bedroom.
