JEFFREY Epstein’s lawyer Alan Dershowitz said that he hopes his former client “made secret videos” of all the men who had sex on his property, because they will prove his innocence.
Dershowitz’s assertion comes days after Epstein’s alleged “madam” Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested on sex trafficking charges.

Dershowitz previously wrote an essay defending alleged Epstein ‘madam’ Ghislaine Maxwell[/caption]
“I hope Epstein made videos,” he wrote. “There have been suggestions that Epstein made secret videos of all the men who had sex in his houses and planes. I hope he did and they are all revealed, because they will prove I am not among them. I hereby waive any right if privacy in Epstein videos.”
Dershowitz also published an article in The Spectator on Friday where he defended Maxwell, and said the case against her is “far from over.”
The lawyer claimed that he and his wife met the accused “in the presence of prominent people” and that they “never saw her do anything inappropriate.”

Dershowitz stressed that Maxwell must be ‘presumed innocent’ until proven otherwise[/caption]
“Now she stands accused of serious crimes allegedly committed a quarter of a century ago,” he wrote.
“Like every other arrested person, she must be presumed innocent.”
The lawyer then went on to explain how Maxwell was presented in the Netflix docuseries, Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich, and claims that two of the victims featured in the show have been making “dubious accusations.”
Dershowitz himself was accused in the documentary of having relations with one of the girls who was under Epstein’s control multiple times.
“She claimed to have sex with me on six or seven occasions,” Dershowitz wrote, “although she had previously admitted in her own words that she never met me or even heard of me.”
The lawyer then went on to encourage everyone to “have an open mind” about Maxwell, despite how the Netflix series portrayed her.
“So everyone should keep an open mind about Maxwell as they should about others who have been accused by Epstein’s alleged victims,” he wrote.
Maxwell was arrested on Thursday in Bedford, New Hampshire on charges that she conspired with Epstein to sexually abuse minors.
She appeared briefly by video from jail at a hearing in New Hampshire federal court, where a judge ordered her to face the criminal charges – including four counts related to procuring and transporting minors for illegal sex acts and two of perjury – in New York.
Maxwell has not entered a plea yet, but she is strongly denying any accusations of sexual misconduct made against her.
