The depraved pair lured the victim back to their flat in Bradford, West Yorkshire after spotting her walking in the street.
Bradford Crown Court heard that all three later headed to a flat for vodka and cocaine where Ali suggested they have a threesome, but the victim declined.
Later that night, the couple lured the woman back to Ali’s flat promising more booze and drugs.
At the flat, Ali and Hussain had sex in front of her before a “dramatic and dangerous escalation of events” when the woman refused to have sex with them.
Prosecutor Ian Howard told the court that Hussain banged her head on the bedroom wall, and Ali held a kitchen knife to her throat.
Hussain then ripped her clothes off and raped her on the bed, before the women got into a struggle and Ali bit her arm, the court heard.
The victim grabbed her clothes and one of her shoes and fled the scene, and was later found crying and half naked by a cleaning supervisor who called the police.
When officers went to Ali’s flat, she was abusive and obstructive and even hurled racial abuse at them, it was heard.
The couple have now been jailed for a combined 25 years for the sickening crimes.
In her victim personal statement, the woman said she was now “a bag of nerves” and afraid to go out.
Ali received a prison sentence of 13 years and Hussain for 12 years for the crimes by Recorder Simon Jackson QC.
The couple, from Bradford, were convicted of the rape in January.
Ali was also found guilty of assault occasioning actual bodily harm by biting the woman as well as racially aggravated harassment of the police officer.
The couple were also ordered to sign on on the sex offender’s register for life.
Ali also had previous convictions for grievous bodily harm, false imprisonment, causing actual bodily harm, robbery, battery and criminal damage.
The court also heard that Hussain had a previous conviction for kidnap and was on licence at the time.
