DEAR DEIDRE: I AM £30,000 in debt trying to fix the problems my wife’s gambling addiction has caused.
We have three children and the baby is only two months old.
My wages don’t cover the debts we already have but she’s gone and done it again, leaving us £50 to live on for the last fortnight.
I have tried to exclude her from gambling websites and did the same to myself so she couldn’t use my details, but she always finds a way.
I’m 34 and she’s 28. I love her but am I wrong to want to take the kids away until she sorts herself out?
Got a problem?
My team and I are working safely from home but we are here to help you as always.

DEIDRE SAYS: Breaking up the family could damage the children and encourage your wife to fall even further into addiction.
Tell your wife you love her. She is not a happy person and needs to hear that.
But she risks losing you all unless she makes a definite decision to stop and gets effective help.
