A NAKED man high on cocaine threatened to shoot his ex-girlfriend and the police who came to rescue her.
Christopher Noon, 26, accused Amy Naylor of sleeping with his cousin.
He repeatedly kicked her head and body while at her flat last August.
Neighbours called cops, but Noon told them: “I’m all strapped up. I have a gun and will shoot you. You’re getting blasted.”
Officers stormed the bedroom in St Helens, Merseyside, where Miss Naylor was held hostage.
Noon was unarmed, but police needed to use a taser to subdue him.
Prosecutor Ms Nemat said that Miss Naylor suffered “bruising to her eyes, face, arms, neck and back.”
He admitted breaking a harassment order, affray, actual bodily harm and false imprisonment at Liverpool crown court.
In his defence he claimed he had little recollection of the incident.
He was jailed for three years.
The court also gave him an indefinite restraining order against his victim.
