WATCH Good Samaritans stopped to help a trooper

Florida Highway Patrol is publicly thanking multiple drivers who stopped to help a trooper who was wrestling with a man on March 18, 2022, on the side of I-4 in Tampa. The man in a Mickey Mouse t-shirt is seen punching the trooper in the face before good Samaritans come running to help.
