Former New South Wales detective sergeant Peter Moroney says the dramatic arrest involving members of the public in Sydney’s CBD on Tuesday shows “people have had enough”.

Above NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller has said Tuesday’s dramatic knife rampage in Sydney’s CBD is “not currently classed as a terror incident”. The suspect was yelling out Allah Akbar according to the Sky news report.

The attacker was restrained by bystanders. Police believe that the bystanders saved other victims.
