Definitely have it done. You will see a tremendous improvement. If you can afford it (@£3k per eye) go private. You’ll only get it done slightly quicker but you’ll have a choice of lens geared to your visual impairment/prescriptions . No more specs!!
NHS is almost as fast, usually at the same clinics but they only fit a mono vision lens which probably won’t leave you spectacle free. But you will see a huge improvement in clarity and brightness.
You won’t feel a thing either. Читать дальше...
Rakeem Harper for Burton too, Christ he was shite!
So after my Type 2 diagnosis recently, I was sent for a diabetic eye screening examination.
I’ve worn glasses for about 8 years. I’ve never had a pair of glasses that have done what I hoped they would. Bloody expensive too. I’ve had slightly cloudy vision for years, and also when driving for example, I don’t see one brake light in front of me - I see 5. Imagine the actual brake light is in the middle of a square. I see brake lights on all 4 corners too.

Blues have nothing to gain by agreeing, all well and good saying youll flog the lot but they may not
Oh - that’s sad. I saw Searching for Sugar Man - enjoyed it.
A name not known to many but US singer songwriter Sixto Rodriguez was bigger than Elvis in South Africa. The film ‘Searching for Sugar Man’ is an inspirational story and worth exploring. RIP.

Him and Mbappe are absolutely toxic. They need a rebuild if they are ever to be taken seriously.

Goalkeeper nearly took the dummy though
I have a bag of blues programmes 2011, 2013 to name a couple of years. It's just a mixed bag that my son has been through and kept the ones he wanted.
Does anybody want them. Rather somebody had them than consign to recycle bin
No. Not why can’t we move them.
Argyle have been told by Blues that we won’t release the full 2k allocation in one go, even though Argyle have assured us (and they will) they they’ll sell the whole shebang.
Any reason why we would refuse to release all the tickets in one go? Is it a WM Police thing maybe?
Pardon?
Really hope there’s a new or at least clear one booming out on Saturday. Would make a massive difference pre match and at half time.
My mate says they’re both dogshit
Looking to bring in two defenders before Saturday. Linked with Max Aarons from Norwich and Joe Rodon from spurs.
Like others have said, he would of taken alot of hits in his time. You also have to take into consideration his arm and shoulder health after spending 20+ years throwing a ball.

We get the news. Thanks
I know he looks in great nick and clearly looks after himself.
Thing is, people bang on about how great it was he kept playing until his mid 40's. I'm no expert on the subject, but didn't he just have to stand there and throw a ball really hard and accurately? I can't imagine there was much mileage done in his legs during a game? Was it really that amazing?
My point is, aside from the fact he clearly practiced his game like a pro throughout his career, does he know that much more about fitness, nutrition and longevity?
Jamie Reid and Rodriguez.
It’s odd isn’t it, how all these old people keep dying.
