genuine question, am i reading it right that the documents are citing BSHL will appoint 4 directors onto the board of BC group entities and Knighthead will appoint 3
is that not like having a hung parliament? and could make decisions tough to get done, if the BSHL appointments play silly beggars?
or is that not a case
I spotted that too and was a bit concerned but we shall see how it pans out.
I would assume the CEO/MD will surely be an SCL choice, but I think it states that the person selected will be voted on by both BHSL and SCL, I wonder if they will be on the board?
Kevin Phillips could be Walsall's man.....although strong rumour he could be heading to Solihull Moors.

I hope this is not one of those situations where after 2-3 months he still has pain and needs to have surgery.
Definitely agree it should not be taken as gospel. Though as Dan's article the other week showed, contracts can bump up wages significantly. I dunno if it was 60k base salary then +000s for appearances and more for goals, or if the 60k figure was inclusive of appearance fees.

An interesting read. If i understand correctly, the 'buyers' are buying St Andrews and the ORI stake (21.64%) in Birmingham City PLC, PLUS the stakes of TTA and Dragon Villa (see the agreement, midway down page 3 under EGM) - combined 45.2% - in Birmingham Sports Holdings (which owns 75% of Birmingham City PLC). 45.2% of 75% is 33.9%. So in total the 'buyers' will own 55.54% of Birmingham City PLC which is the owner of the mens and womens football clubs.
This is different to the 24% of BSH that we thought was going to be sold. Читать дальше...
