BANGKOK (AP) — World stock markets were subdued Thursday as carmakers' shares fell after the Trump administration said it was investigating imposing new tariffs on imports of autos and auto parts. Investigators: Russian military missile downed Flight MH17

BUNNIK, Netherlands (AP) — Detailed analysis of video and photos has unequivocally established that the Buk missile that brought down Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 over eastern Ukraine nearly four years ago came from a Russia-based military unit, an international team of investigators said Thursday. Congo says Ebola cases have reached 30, warns against rumors

KINSHASA, Congo (AP) — Congo's Ministry of Health said Thursday the number of confirmed Ebola cases has reached 30, including eight deaths in the three affected health zones in the country's Equateur province.
