Not before time. Now can we relocate that self indulgent ode to vanity statue, please? Somewhere near the bins would be best.

Stadium deffo being renamed
Just to dampen people's expectations so they don't get carried away thinking it will be a multi million deal with Google or something it will be a more Down to Earth type deal for naming rights etc. So on part you will get your wish that it wont be the DW any more
Overall it will take 18/24 months to get everything into the place it should have been 2019 etc.
And Wigan Warriors/Rads will have a very big say (interpret that how you will) in what happens... Читать дальше...

With the disgraceful IMG plan turning the sport into a gimmick and with it the championship being a a pointless exrcise. This is the only game we'll play against Wankfield that actually counts for anything so you'd hope our lads will be up for it.
It's a bridge too far though - boosted by the promise of guaranteed promotion the new wankfield owner has been given the guarantee to enable him to splash the cash on a loss making full time super duper squad. Читать дальше...

Personally, I can't see how anyone who played last week now misses out? Obviously, I doubt any Wigan fan isn't excited to see how Walters goes, but Nesemba played well last week and should stay in.
It will be interesting to know the pecking order between Jnr and Walters too. Historically when picking a side, 9/10, Peet leans towards his senior players. Walters not coming straight back into the side, like most senior players do, says to me that Peet sees him as a youngster.

Miller was the best player on the field last match. I think he is adapting still: if he tightens up his game he’s great to have.
Mom is very different to Nene, apples and oranges there. Also in context of your constant criticism of RS, didn’t he try to sign Nene for 4 years but the player had a brain fart?
Still too many poor signings/decisions. All those criticising Fus but ok with resigning Bentley on 2 years… their appearance ratio is very similar and Fus is clearly the better player. Читать дальше...

Andy last made us look better than radford but was an absolute disaster as head coach at cas. I just think we need someone new to the club with no legacy from the smith (or prior) era

As frustrating as those two loses are, with a young and inexperienced team, you have to live a couple of those games to learn.
Yes, I'm sure they talked about complacency and not taking anything for granted, but having (all be it at amateur level) experienced this, it's only when it actually happens on the field, it really etches onto your mind.
It may well stand us in good stead at the business end come the play-offs
