The BMW M 1000 XR is powered by an engine derived from the S 1000 RR superbike, boasting an impressive 201hp and 113Nm of torque. This powertrain is equipped with BMW’s ShiftCam variable valve timing/lift technology and titanium valves, making it the world’s most powerful touring machine.
With a larger rear sprocket and optimized gear ratios, the M 1000 XR delivers exhilarating acceleration, achieving a 0-100kph time of 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 278kph.
In true M fashion, the BMW M 1000 XR features a distinctive design highlighted by carbon wheels and winglets as standard. These aerodynamic enhancements not only enhance the bike’s performance but also give a sense of sportiness on the road.
