The City Council is poised to give the city manager a raise.

The adjustments are proposed to align with cost-of-living increases for managers and to award a 5% performance bonus, according to a staff report. Schwarz’s salary would rise to $261,379 on July 1 and to $269,220 in July 2025. Schwarz has been city manager since 2010.
