To celebrate Nurses Week starting on May 6, Clove has partnered with Owala on a limited-edition sneaker.
Clove was founded in 2018 with a shoe specifically designed for healthcare workers. To support the individuals who make up the largest healthcare profession, the brand has created a new look for its Classic sneakers with Owala.
To support their community with style, the two brands have created a new design for the Clove Classic sneaker. The White Aquatic Pop colorway features breathable punctures against the sides of the off-white upper. Neon green and turquoise stitching ties in the accents coming from the pull tabs against the heel and cord closure. The vibrant tones also decorate the rubber outsole in a speckled fashion. The set is primarily made with Clarino, a microfiber fabric that mimics real leather. Along with its waterproof and stain-resistant attributes, the material stretches over time and molds to the wearer’s foot for maximum comfort. While supplies last, the sneakers will retail for $145.
Owala has also created a matching colorway for their FreeSlip Water Bottle. The container will retail for $35. Clove’s partnership with the water bottle company marks its first brand collaboration.
Founded in 2018, Clove was created after Joe Ammon supported his wife as she went through nursing school and landed her first job. After experiencing the physical and mental pressure she went through, Ammon gathered a network of healthcare professionals and innovative designers to create a modern sneaker designed for healthcare. Their models support workers throughout their day while also protecting them from any messed with fluid-resistant material. Within six years, they have sold one million pairs of Cloves because of their comfort, durability and style.
The Clove x Owala Classic sneaker will be available exclusively on the brand’s website through May 6-12.
