A good start for Dallas
In Wednesday’s Brotherhood Action, Kyrie Irving and Dereck Lively both had excellent games for Dallas against Minnesota as the Mavericks went up 1-0 with a 108-105 win.
Irving finished with 30 points, five rebounds, four assists and a block.
For his part, Lively had nine points and 11 rebounds off the bench. He also had three assists and two blocks.
Wendell Moore again didn’t play for Minnesota but he’s in a tough situation when it comes to minutes. His time will come.
The series resumes on Friday. If Dallas can pull off a second road win, Minnesota will be in serious trouble.
Brotherhood action picks up again on Thursday as Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics look to go up 2-0 over the Indiana Pacers.
