New year, same old users
User is having problems logging into this local government agency's mainframe, and it's this pilot fish who gets the call.
"I checked and noticed that the user had disabled her sign-on session and user account, but had recently reset her password," says fish.
"I decided to just enable her account and session, but not reset the password. Then I let her know to go ahead and try again.
"The next day I got an email saying that she still couldn't get in.
"She apparently believed it would be helpful to tell me her password by adding, 'I thought my password was love2frack (it's an inside joke). But it won't let me in.'
