Anjuna locals have come out strongly against the government’s proposal to move casinos to River Chapora. The panchayat body convened a special meeting on Friday and unanimously resolved to reject the government’s proposal to shift offshore casinos within the jurisdiction of Anjuna Caisua panchayat.
