DOVER, N.H. (AP) — The Children's Museum of New Hampshire says last week's storm sent 2 feet of water, leaves, mud and debris into its basement, damaging thousands of photos and other memorabilia documenting its 33-year history.
The museum also lost all its stored Halloween decorations and craft supplies, and small kitchen appliances and other cookware for programs like an adult/child Mini Iron Chef competition scheduled for Nov. 15.
