Former UP minister Rakesh Dhar Tripathi on Wednesday surrendered before the court of special judge (anti-corruption) in the case of amassing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income. Court ordered to release him on interim bail. Hearing on his plea for regular bail will take place on November 2.
