The movie star was born in Oakland, but has a famous infinity for the Indians. “hope it’s Tribe v. A’s for the pennant,” he said during a Reddit AMA in 2013.
The rapper is described as a lifelong Indians fan, and had a blast when he got to throw out the first pitch at a 2014 game, and meet Slider, the team’s mascot.
The Cavaliers superstar was spotted celebrating with teammates during Game 2 of the ALCS after the Indians won, and he’s also been tweeting his support of his fellow Cleveland athletes.
The Cleveland Indians are up 2-0 in the Best-of-7 American League Championship Series against the Toronto Blue Jays.
