If you have 3 mins: Jazz up your water.
In the hot weather, take three minutes (if that) to cut up a lemon and put the segments into a big water jug to keep in the fridge. If you have them, stuff in some mint leaves too. After a long commute enjoy ice-cold gently flavoured water in your fridge. And feel like a smart adult in the process" – Rose Troup-Buchanan
You could even go an extra step and buy a specific jug for this fancy water. I love this one, that comes with a built-in glass.
If you have 5 minutes: Try stream of consciousness writing.
I've written before about pixelthoughts (a website where you type in your worries and watch them float away), but you don't need a site to try it out. Take a look in to automatic writing and try it out – it's very liberating to just write down your fears and worries without thinking, and then just walk away.

If you have 10 minutes: Organise your keys.
If you're tired of always trying to find your keys in your bag, then just wrap your keys in a bit of thread (number 4 on this list). If you're not that crafty, then invest in a brightly coloured key-ring – Skinnydip do fun ones (above).
