ALEXANDRIA, Minn. (AP) — Police in western Minnesota say one person is dead after being shot by agents of the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension during an investigation.
Alexandria police say the crime bureau was conducting an undercover investigation involving the solicitation of minors when two BCA agents fired their guns Tuesday.
Police say one subject died at the scene. No officers were hurt.
The St. Paul Police Department will investigate the officer-involved shooting at the request of the BCA. No other details were released.
