CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for July delivery rose 2.25 cents at $4.2625 a bushel; July corn was up 16 cents to 3.6535 a bushel; July oats gained 1.25 cents at $2.3775 a bushel; while July soybeans advanced 20.75 cents to $11.28 a bushel.
Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. August live cattle was up 2.55 cents at $1.1145 a pound; August feeder cattle rose .67 cent to $1.3927 a pound; while July lean hogs gained .22 cent at $.8017 a pound.
