Muhammadu Buhari defeated Goodluck Jonathan in the last year presidential election becoming Nigeria’s incumbent leader.
While President Buhari won the contest on his change mantra, some Nigerians believe that there are no differences between two leaders.

NAIJ.com has spotted that Buhari and Jonathan have the same stance on the country’s unity.
Ex-president Jonathan speaking during the ctivities marking the centenary celebration of the country kicked off on February 5, 2013, stated that country’s unity is not negotiable.
He said: “The unity of Nigeria is indivisible and non-negotiable, we must remain the forward looking people that we are. I see a united, powerful and prosperous nation that will make the generation yet unborn very proud. Arise, we shall and prosper we will.”
President Buhari has given warning to all Nigerians calling for the referendum while receiving a cross section of Nigerians most whom were Muslims who were in his residence within the precinct of the presidential villa to pay him Sallah homage last week.

Buhari stated: “I assure them that when we were very junior officers, we were told by our leaders, by the Head of State which was Gen. Gowon that to keep Nigeria one is a task that must be done…we never thought of oil. What we were after is one Nigeria. Please, pass the message to the militants that one Nigeria is not negotiable. And I pray they better accept it. The constitution is very clear…I assure them there would justice.”
Incessant bombings of oil and gas facilities in the Niger Delta by the Niger Delta Avengers apparently threaten the peace and unity of the country.
Pro-Biafra activists are also demanding the Nigerian government to organize the referendum to decide right for the self-determination for some minority groups.
