Yellen calls persistent disparity in white-black unemployment and incomes 'troubling'
WASHINGTON, June 21 (UPI) -- Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen says she is troubled that even after the economic recovery, black families still have lower annual incomes than whites.
