LAS VEGAS (AP) — The American Civil Liberties Union of Nevada is appealing a Las Vegas judge's ruling that found the state's sweeping new school choice program is constitutional.
ACLU officials say they don't think the court decision last month gave full weight to portions of the Nevada Constitution that ban using public funds for sectarian purposes.
