Change is coming to the Twitter universe and users of the social media platform will soon be able to say more and add more photos to a single tweet, news reports said Monday. Under a plan reported by Bloomberg and posted on Newsweek, the social media network plans to stop counting photos and links within its 140-character limit during the next two weeks. Photos and links used to take up 23 characters—or 16.4 percent—in a single tweet.
